Eat Your Heaviest Meal Early in the Day
I try to eat my last meal at least six hours before my bedtime. It does make a big difference in the way I feel when I get out of bed in the morning. I feel lighter, brighter, well rested and ready to get started.
When I do not stick to my routine, I feel less alert, sluggish and thick in the morning.
So... it is best to consume your daily calories well before bedtime.
