I started yoga for beginners, and I am still doing the beginners' level, about three months ago and I already love the way it makes me feel. I have not not been too active in the last couple of years, mainly thanks to Covid 19, and my body had no problem letting me know that it was puffy, stiff and a few pounds heavier than I was before quarantine began. I was not able to move as easily as before and when I did move, I could feel the extra pounds, all over my body.
Something needed to be done, fast. I thought about the type of exercise I was willing and able to do and as I searched for a way to get my body back to where I needed to be, the best thing I could see was yoga, beginners' yoga. I went to YouTube and looked at several videos about how to get started and I found a few that I liked. I started slow and worked my way up to a respectable amount of time. After a very few days I was more flexible, sturdier on my feet, I felt better in my skin,
