What Do You Eat to Stay on Track? There are thousands of different foods to eat in stores, on food carts and there are thousands of different styles of cooking and flavors that can make any mouth happy.
With so many choices available, it is very difficult to choose the most nutritious option, most of us make our choices based on our eyes and how delicious the food is and this can become a big problem. All of the different types of cakes, pies, candy, cookies, ice cream and not to mention the wide array of other decadent desserts we have access to and choose at the grocery store and restaurant, will immediately, upon arrival in our digestive system will start ripping apart the progress you have made so far.
Usually, if someone make a bad choice and eat something that is better left alone, it is common to continue down that road until there is obvious weight gain. The weight gain bring along regret and this can be the start of a days, weeks or months long binge. The best thing to do is stay away from the temptations, if you are not able to say no. Why go to a pastry shop if the temptation is too strong? Why go down the can isle if candy is your weakness? To avoid most temptation, stay on the edges of the grocery store.
