Don't fret. Relax.This may seem like it is a waste of time but, relaxing can go a long way in improving your mental health. If you relax, you can think better and you can think clearer. If you relax, you will realize that nothing is as bad as you make it seem. If you relax, you can get a better view of the big picture and you can possibly see the light at the end of the tunnel. If you relax, you can think more about the situation at hand and you will see that there is absolutely no way things will happen in the way you think they will. So...
